We’re Hiring: Handyman (Repair & Maintenance - Casual/On-Call)

Are you a skilled handyman with experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or repairs? Writers at Woody Point is looking for an on-call handyman to help maintain the Woody Point Heritage Theatre and event spaces.

Position Type | Casual/On-Call
Compensation | Negotiable hourly rate (based on experience)
Location | Woody Point or Bonne Bay South (or must have access to accommodations)
Availability | Must be available for urgent repairs during events, including evenings & weekends.

• Perform general repairs & upkeep of venue infrastructure

• Address maintenance needs for events & performances

• Ensure safety compliance and fire regulation standards

• Seasonal preparation of venue opening & closing

• Respond to urgent repair requests during events
